These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SafePhone application ("the App"), developed and maintained by DT2BApps, registered in the Netherlands. By downloading, installing, or using SafePhone, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SafePhone, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SafePhone is an Android security utility application that provides anti-theft and device protection features including, but not limited to:

• Photo on Unlock: Automatically captures a photo of anyone who fails to unlock your device.
• SIM Card Guard: Sends an immediate alert and GPS location to your configured email when a SIM card change is detected.
• Silent Video/Audio: Records video and audio upon unauthorised access attempts.
• Low Battery Alert: Transmits your device GPS location when battery level becomes critically low.
• Trusted Zones: Geofencing functionality that adjusts security settings based on your location.
• Remote Actions: Allows remote device location and alarm triggering via email commands.
• Intruder Capture: Captures photo and audio on every failed unlock attempt and delivers it to your configured email.

3. TikTok Content Posting — Automated Publishing

DT2BApps operates an automated content publishing system ("SafePhone Bot") that uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish security awareness videos to the official @DT2BApps TikTok profile. This system:

• Posts exclusively to the @DT2BApps owned TikTok account — no third-party accounts are accessed.
• Uses the video.publish scope solely to upload pre-generated MP4 videos via the pull_by_url method.
• Does not collect, store, or process any TikTok user data.
• Does not interact with, scrape, or access any other TikTok user's content or profile.
• Operates in full compliance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and Content Policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the lawful use of SafePhone's features. You agree that you will:

• Only monitor devices that you own or have explicit legal permission to monitor.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding surveillance, recording, and data collection.
• Not use SafePhone to monitor any person without their knowledge where required by law to obtain consent.
• Secure your SMTP credentials and email account used to receive security alerts.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, code, design assets, and documentation comprising SafePhone remain the exclusive intellectual property of DT2BApps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal or internal business purposes. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability. DT2BApps does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that security alerts will be delivered in all circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DT2BApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, unauthorised access to your device, or failure of security alerts to be delivered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.

9. Changes to These Terms

DT2BApps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or the official website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
